Many TF Blog readers are aware of the dangers of libel tourism, whereby U.S.-based authors are being sued in foriegn jurisdictions for responsibile allegations about terrorism. Our own Rachel Ehrenfeld has been a victim of such libel tourism. Fortunately New York State Assemblyman Rory Lancman understands the issue and has co-authored the Libel Terrorism Protection Act (S.6687/A.9652) along with New York Senate Deputy Majority Leader Dean Skelos.
