In her remarks, Dr. Ehrenfeld briefly mentioned the intersection between economic warfare and currency manipulation. I'd be curious to hear what exactly she was referring to. My own research suggests that rampant, systematic counterfeiting of Indian rupees is underway by Islamists, jihadists, and criminals with the intent of devaluing the Indian currency.
